Filltech is a European-leading German engineering and manufacturing company, designing, developing and selling filling solutions for the gas industry and expanding rapidly on a world-wide level.
The medium-sized enterprise, which is headquartered in Warburg, Germany is represented in over 15 countries.
From a small manual trade with more than 25 years of tradition Filltech developed to one of the leading manufacturer of structural components and systems for filling and handling of gas, especially C02.
In addition to the standardised filling units and components Filltech has offered since 1998, we design and manufacture customised filling solutions for medical, consumer and industrial gas companies as well as organisations distributing specialty gases. Through the years Filltech has been developing innovative and cost-effective filling solutions for the transfer, vaporisation and conditioning of industrial, medical food & beverage and special gases. Thanks to the broad range of products and engineering in-house, Filltech manages the complete engineering of a filling station and it’s components from A to Z for its clients.
Today Filltech’s gas filling stations can be found in filling operations of all tier 1 gas producers of the medical, industrial, special & food gas sector.
Filltech is operating on a worldwide level and is increasing its services and support for filling solutions in the medical, industrial and specialty gas sector.
Quality safety & efficiency
A filling station is the main component of any gas filling plant. It transports the mixtures of different gases from huge single tanks into a standard cylinder ready to be shipped to the final customer.
Quality is our top priority. This is why we made the targeted decision to choose our own manufacturing at our production site in Warburg. This is the only way of making consistently high quality and quick realisation of customer requirements possible.
The use of our own developed and constructed filling machines guarantees the safe and controlled filling of each and every cylinder. Residual drainage, rinsing and protection against filling out of given tolerances of each individual cylinder are the important features that define an unprecedented quality standard.
Not surprisingly for a German engineering group, Filltech obtained all high quality standards in planning, manufacturing and servicing filling units.
